TOPS® (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) We are open! Every Thursday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. at the Tidnish Crossroads Community Center we have our TOPS ®weigh-in followed by a short meeting.
Every chapter has a warm welcome for anyone needing support and accountability to keep healthy and take control of your life. Each week, we recognize and celebrate our success for the week and challenges are often discussed and tips and ideas are offered.
In February of this year, our success was recognized by TOPS® Nova Scotia.
