The TCCA is a non-profit charitable community association established in 1983 to promote the physical and social well-being of residents in the Tidnish area.
Demand for tickets to the Wild Game Dinner has increased every year so we have made changes to the way tickets are sold.
Here's how ticket sales will work and answers to commonly asked questions:
The 10th annual Wild Game Dinner will be held on January 31st
Tickets will go on sale Saturday, January 24th at 10 AM at the Tidnish Crossroads Community Centre Hall, 4358 Highway 366, Tidnish Crossroads, Nova Scotia B4H 3X9 (In case of bad weather, the sale will move to Sunday, January 25th at 10 AM)
This is an in person, first come - first served sale with a limit of 4 tickets per person
Tickets are $30 each
This is a cash only sale - no cheques or e-transfers accepted
Ticket sales are open to everyone - TCCA membership is not required
Every year there have been scams on social media with fraudsters claiming to have tickets that they want to sell. Please ensure that you know the person selling a ticket personally and have verified their identity and tickets by phone or other means BEFORE you send them any money.
Please do not contact the event organizers or volunteers for tickets as they cannot obtain tickets outside the process outlined above.
The Wild Game Dinner is a volunteer led event to benefit the Tidnish Crossroads Community Association.
If you have questions about any of the details above or suggestions on improvements to the process for next year please send an email to mytidnish@gmail.com
We are now accepting donations of deer, moose, steaks, ribs, roasts, partridges, pheasants, and rabbits for the Wild Game Dinner.

We mix it up in classes with weights, bands, fitness balls, chairs and mats.
Everyone is welcome, and we encourage working at your own level and pace, giving alternatives and options to accommodate your needs. It's a welcoming and fun group, so join us!

A new 10 week session will start on January 5th at the Tidnish Crossroads Community Centre from 7-8pm and will continue until all ten session are completed.
Sherry Smith and Donna Fitzpatrick will continue to take turns leading the sessions and covering for each other when the other is away.
As in the past money raised will be split between the Stephen Lewis Foundation to help turn the tide of Aids in Africa(see www.StephenLewisFoundation.org for more information) and the Tidnish Crossroads Community Association which offers so many wonderful programs in our community.
Suggested donation remains at $40 for all ten sessions and an income tax receipt for the $20 portion that goes to the SLF will be sent out by that organization before years end.
If $$$ are tight and preventing you from attending please touch base as you are more than welcome!
These sessions are beginner level and you do not have to have yoga experience to attend. To quote Krishnamacharya, often known as the father of modern yoga, “if you can breathe, you can do yoga”. So just come, do what you can, use a chair if you need to and breathe through the rest! These sessions are about caring for yourself through yoga and relaxation.
If you have any questions or would like to register, please email Donna at fitzmurd@gmail.com
Thanks and Namaste, Donna and Sherry
