Fitness Classes
NOTICE:
All Welcome!
Monday & Thursday mornings 9 to 10 AM.
Moving to Monday, Wednesday, Friday / 8:30am for the summer.
No previous experience required. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring water. The program will include cardio, strength, endurance, and flexibility training. Classes are led by Certified Fitness Instructors Brenda Van Snick, Heather McClinton, Marcella Andres, and Melanie Landau.
