Fitness Classes
Fitness classes will be starting Thursday January 5th, 9-10am and continue every Monday and Thursday mornings until and including February 9th.
Cost is $28 with all monies going to the TCCA.
These are low impact classes that incorporate some cardio, weight resistance and stretching . Some of the props we use are chairs, balls , weights, bands and mats (these are available at the hall).
Anyone is welcome to come to the first class and join in to see if these classes are something you might be interested in before making any financial commitment.
